University of Birmingham - Presentation for AS Students

PRESENTATION - Monday 22nd February in the Union Chamber (1530-1630)

I hope you are all well and enjoyed your half-term break. I wanted to highlight an important presentation that will be occurring on Monday 22nd February at 1530-1630 in the Union Chamber, the first day back after the half-term break.

To aid you in your university research, we have arranged for Rachel Seyler, a representative from the University of Birmingham, to deliver a presentation about the university, campus life, accommodation and the courses they offer. Amongst these topics, Ms Seyler will also talk about the importance of a “Personal Statement”, something that you will be learning about in more detail in the coming weeks.

All of you should be progressing in your university research and there may be questions that you would like to ask about the application process and the presentation content. This is an excellent opportunity to ask someone from a university from the source. Please prepare some questions that you would like to ask in advance of this presentation.

Further information about the University of Birmingham can be found at the following addresses:

Attendance is compulsory for AS Students; if you are unable to attend for any reason, please inform your personal tutor and me.

Kind regards,
