London Taster Days - Find out what university is really like

Dear AS students,

The Higher Education Team will be presenting to you shortly about university in the UK and you have started the process in your Personal Education lessons. As you begin thinking about the future, we wanted to highlight some exciting opportunities to visit UK universities on Taster Days.

Taster Days are days where the university gives you a chance to experience what it would be like to be a undergraduate student. A range of these taster days are scheduled through 2011 and we are highlighting ones from the "University of London" group which includes top-ranking universities such as Imperial College, UCL and London School of Economics.

Activities can include:

• A real university-style Lecture
• Seminars
• Information about subject related careers
